Interestingly enough, a friend who works at Bloom, told me that they change the sales prices on items on sale at all different times. For instance, the El Monterey items were $2. They got notice that they were to remove the item from sale. No tags and it rings up full price. Also, some of the other items that I saw on the GDA list which would be free with coupons were also removed from sale. I am wondering if it is possible that they are tracking items during superdoubles and triples now that are selling fast with coupon usage and removing them from the sale price list? Any comments?

I agree!!! I went on Monday and got the Tollhouse cookies for $2 with a $1off Q to make them $1. There was a sticker on Monday saying they were 2/$4, went back on Tues. (the new sale doesn't start until Wed.) and they rang up for $2.50 each and the sale sticker was gone.

Very interesting. I've noticed this but didn't understand. I call it the "stealth sale". Last doubles there was something interesting. The smart balance was out of stock all week. I wanted to use a raincheck for BOGO and a coupon. Finally, the day after the coupons expired, they were mysteriously back on the shelf. I did have 1 printable coupon but I was disappointed I couldn't use the other ones. Then last time they had the ALL with signs saying "3.97" but they actually rang up 3.00. I asked the cs person about some of these issues and she couldn't explain it.

A lot of the time it's not their fault. The ware house here is out of a lot of things

It never fails if I go on Tuesday almost all the sale price items are back to there regular price. I avoid the Greer Bloom on Tuesday.

And I thought that it was just me noticing it about the Smart Balance Butter. My store was out for 2 weeks and I had the rain check also and those same coupons that expired and the week after, now they are fully stocked. I constantly asked the manager about the butter and he kept telling me that he didn't know when they would get it in. And like you I only had 2 coupons but my raincheck was for 10!

Yes, there were other items that were pointed out to me. Better to have coupons on hand early in the sale before they realize that lots of people are buying the item using coupons and then change the price!!!! Bad Bloom!!!! But we still love you!!!
