Please note that these are guidelines. The actual policy may vary from store to store. Bloom DOES NOT double coupons. (Bloom's does offer doubles, and triples at select locations from time to time) (During the doubles and triples, Bloom's coupons will not double or triple) Bloom does not accept Food-Lion coupons. Bloom does not accept competitor coupons. www.shopbloom.com for more details please contact customer service. You can also request great store coupons for $ off a $$ purchase. When Bloom's TRIPLE coupons up to .99, or DOUBLES up to $1.99 Bloom's limits it to 20 coupons per transaction, per day.

I went into Bloom this morning for my 2nd Super Double Trip - I did one yesterday and everything went according to plan. 20 coupons, super doubled, internet coupons included, etc., etc. This morning as I was checking out, the cashier was putting some coupons in a different pile. I didn't question it and 2 seconds later, there was a manager standing there. They inform me that their coupon policy changed (and they were told yesterday)!! Only ONE internet coupon per item, per transaction. So, no more getting (2) or more of anything in one transaction with internet coupons. There was ZERO signage about this change. So, I didn't raise a stink, just unbagged those items and told the cashier to take them off my order. I went over to the customer service desk - let me just say, what a disaster!! Bottom line (and I spoke with 3 different managers) - they have a new policy, they got the paperwork on October 8th, they are instituting it today, they don't know if the (1) internet coupon (per item, per transaction) is "per transaction". Hope that makes sense. I point blank asked - "So, can I have more than one transaction and use another internet coupon for the same item I had in the first transaction". No "real" answer - they didn't know. I suggested that since they changed this mid Super Doubles, they may want to post a sign or something to clue couponers in to this change. Basically, the manager said they don't have anything to post. What?! How about just a little sign at the front of the register stating the new policy? His answer - "We haven't been told by corporate to do that". I asked "But you've been told to institute a new policy, but not to tell anyone?" No answer. I got the managers card and told him that the coupon policy had not changed online - that I would definitely know and it would spread like wildfire if it was changed. I can't find the actual coupon policy on the Bloom site now - does anyone have a link to it? Next stop, an email to the corporate office. FYI - This was the Bloom in Mint Hill, NC - in case you shop there!

Sounds like your store may be making their own rules. Definately contact corporate and get the actual policy if possible. Let us know what happens. TIA

I used mutiple IPs in one order yesterday with no issues. Today I get a refund for 2 IPs I forgot to hand over yesterday. Got $4.00+tax back. Was given ZERO hassle. Sounds like something fishy is going on to me.

I, too, was told about the new policy, but what they told me is a little bit different than what they told you. I am in SC if that matters. She said they were no longer taking IP for free items, no more than 10 of the same coupon, no more than 2 of the same IP. She also said they were starting to only allow you to use one raincheck of the same item at a time. Said people were coming in twice a day and getting rainchecks every day throughout the week and were redeeming them all at once. There were so signs posted anywhere about this new policy in my store either. |

Kim0712, I just came back from the same Bloom and had the same problem. They had a sheet posted saying " 1 internet coupon per item". But yet the manager was telling everyone "1 internet coupon per item and per order, per day". As I'm at the self-checkout, the cashier is telling me what I can and cannot do and they would run to the manager and the manager would say yes, what they were doing was correct. So after blowing up at the cashier( which is not her fault, and I told her that), I went to this manager and took the stupid sheet that she made out and told her that no where on this sheet its says "1 internet coupon per item, per order, per day". And she said "you know, you're right, I apologize for making that assumption". Then she went on to say that a woman came in this morning with 10 internet coupons on the same item and that she knows about the internet coupons and that the manufacturer only allows you to print out 2 coupons and that a shopper should have only 2 internet coupons. I told her that she needs to follow the policy and not worry about what everybody is doing. |

Chavous, you go girl! I have been to a few stores like this before and basically the management decides to implement rules that do not exist in the official coupon acceptance policy for the company. I do my best to avoid these stores. Unfortunately, because there aren't very many Bloom stores around (none in my city), you may have to bring on the fight and use corporate to your advantage. I just hope they are fair. I recently had to call the customer service for Farm Fresh and they basically blew me off.

Chavous- At least he took my suggestion and put a sheet out there! Even if they have no idea WHAT the policy is. He told me the policy was 4 pages long and he couldn't print the whole thing for people to flip through...hahaha One of the managers told me about the lady with 10 IP's also - she must have been there right before me, but like you said, she needs to stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. I told the manager that I had no problem with whatever policy they have - I will adhere and decide if I want to continue to shop there and if its worth it. What bothers me is that they have no idea what the policy is. Every time I asked a question, he either didn't have an answer, or completely disregarded what he had previously stated. It was sorta comical!

I just got back from shopping at the store for my 2nd trip. Didn't have any problems at all!! No one said a thing about internet coupons and of course I had multiple internet coupons, nothing said. And I decided to go and look at the sheet that the manager put out again because I was in a hurry the first time, and the sheet said "1 internet coupon per item." period, she had that part highlighted. Hey guys, isn't that what we were doing anyway!! ![]() ![]() |

Went in this morning and saw the sign that chavous saw - not a clear cut sign at all and pretty open to interpretation. I spoke with the same manager as yesterday and told him I was surprised to see his (as he stated) "4 page coupon update" condensed into 1 paragraph (I know, not nice, but I just had to poke at him based on how he was yesterday!) I followed the new guidelines even though they didn't state what he told me - I used (1) internet coupon and only bought (1) of the same item that had an IP. Most of mine was mq's this morning and I came out well. I guess I will just take multiple trips in a day to use up these good IP's I have! I didn't even use 20 coupons this morning - so I think its fair for me to make another trip! FYI - still haven't heard from corporate.

I guess both managers are taking credit for that wide open sign they put out because the manager that I dealt with, Rhonda, said that she made the sign. I will continue to shop the same way as before until I see some real black and white changes on paper. That sign was a joke.

I was at the Bloom on Wade Hampton Greer, SC and asked the question about new IP coupon policy. They said they didn't know anything about changes in policy, so they said they did not receive anything from corporate. Triples as usual!!!!
