Marathon shopping afternoon today, my day off. Hit up Famous Footwear for B1G1-50%, then Pet Smart, then Target, then Rainbow. Whew! I'm tired. Luckily I got a pair of Skechers fit-flops as my 50%-off shoes, so I wore those for the rest of the trips. Comfy!

Tonight's trip took me a loooonnng time, and I spent quite a bit of money. But there we definitely some items we really needed that were "splurges" as far as the prices go. $5 off a set of $37.99 organic cotton sheets is still $32.99. But it's worth it!! Those sheets are just incredible, and I won't buy any other kind from Target (or any other kinds from anywhere else that aren't organic cotton!)

And our grody bathroom really needed a facelift, so I got a shower curtain...

Made a big trip to Target earlier this week. DGF came with me, but we went our separate ways in the store til we were done. I was getting house things and food, and she was tooling around on Target's motorized cart and getting some things for herself.

We met up at the checkout and both she and our check-out girl were impressed with my savings! I saved $116.06 this trip. Spent $163.58, but I got a lot we needed, a couple splurges, and some stock-up items.

I can't wait til we live near a different Target... The store we live by is so busy all the time, kinda ghetto, and just... chaos. There are always children screaming everywhere and running around. People on their phones who don't notice you're trying to get through the aisle. My trip was looong. Partly due to the people I had to navigate around, and partly because I was hungry and slow!
