Went to Rainbow with just a few items in mind, mostly planning to check out the deals, get some basics, and double my 5 - $1 Qs for the day.
Got LOTS of tea-- they had a bunch of varieties of yummy organic tea on clearance. And they happened to be brands I had Qs for-- what a surprise!

There was an accident on the highway near my work, near the end of my work day, so traffic was really backed up. I needed to go to Walgreens after work and figured I may as well take my time! Hoping the highway would be cleared up by the time I left (which it was).

Got some unexpected sales and deals, and also noticed 2 mistakes on my receipt once I got home! Items which were posted to be on sale, but rang up at regular price. I'll have to check back on those tomorrow.

Not gonna lie, I spent most of my evening grocery shopping. Didn't even hit up a couple locations-- this was all one trip. I shopped very slow, did really well, too.

Rainbow doubled 5 of my $1 Qs, so that was a quick $5 made. I was really shopping the deals tonight, looking for bargains to stack Qs on. I wasn't going off a set list, for once, just hunting for some different items to stock the fridge with.

Saturday morning I had a very hungover DGF and dear friend laying on the couches at my house. I volunteered to make brunch, knowing that would be cheaper and easier than going out. Wow, those girls got spoiled that morning!
