Don't know if i spelled that right either.. : ) Well besides being menopausal i have been diagnosed with this also.. : ( I have learned alot from the girls on here with this wonderful disease. Which i say thank you sooo much!! It seems when im at my worst the sauna is the only thing that really helps. Thanks goodness i have one. No meds yet, but i think getting off slenda did a world of good. So we will see where this journey takes me. God Bless, Renee
