Hey everyone I finally have finished up the details and this train to ready to get moving!
Newbies Coupon Choo Choo Train
I know that all of us newbies may find it hard to join a train because of inexperience, so the newbies coupon choo choo train may be the one for you. Below I will list all the rules and if you are still interested after completely reading all of the rules than send me a Private Message (PM)with your name, email address, mailing address and contact number. This group will be limited to 26 riders at first to ensure that we take things slow and we don’t get derailed.
Rules :
1. All envelopes must be mailed out on Monday
2. All coupons should have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks away.
3. Do not send any expired coupons
4. All envelopes should contain a minimum of 15 coupons (yes only 15 as a minimum at first because I know a lot of newbies are just starting to get there piles of coupons together)
5. This will be a potluck train with a bit of wish list items. Potluck meaning we will send various coupons and at try to send at least 2 to 3 coupons of something on the person’s wish list. (I am aware of the fact that a lot of newbies don’t have a wish list as of yet, so if your partner doesn’t have a wish list than you don’t have to worry about this)
6. You can send all sorts of coupons but NO pet, baby or medicine coupons because not everyone takes a certain medicine or has a child.
7. Be sure to leave feedback about your partner in order to help there trading rating. Please do not leave any negative feedback or a bad trading rating before speaking with me. There needs to be a positive resolution.
8. If a rider doesn’t have a wish list you can also check there In Search Of (ISO) list, to get an idea on what to send out to your partner. I will be sending a private message out explaining what ISO/FSOT lists are because I know it can be confusing for newbies.
9. The address information for group members will be sent via Private Message to ensure everyone’s privacy.
10. Be sure to include your username, train name and the match up date.
11. It would be nice if you could include a nice note of a sentence or two with your envelopes but it’s not required.
12. I ask that all train members befriend me on my profile page so that I can keep things in order and create visitor message updates in the event that something changes.
13. As for store coupons for now only send manufacturers coupons because everyone doesn’t have certain stores in there area.
With all of that said we are all newbies in some form or fashion and this train is a commitment, no one wants to expect an envelope in the mail and never get it when they’ve sent there envelopes out already. If you can no longer be a part of the train let me know at least a week in advance so that I can rearrange things. Please don’t just disappear no one will have hard feelings if you are no longer able to join in.
*Again be sure to send me your name (real name), email address, mailing address and contact phone number. I will notify everyone via phone beginning June 7, 2011. I plan to give every new rider this intial call to address any concerns, answer any questions etc. I want this to be a successful train. After notification of your acceptance all matchups will be sent via pm and email. As well as shared on this thread.
All riders will need to update their status on this thread , so be sure to subscribe. When you send out your envelopes be sure to reply to this thread saying you’ve sent out your mailing with the date. As well as when you receive your envelope be sure to update here. All matchups will change each week.
