Completely new to this

I normally carry a full time school load and work full time. For the past 3 summers I try to take on a project or hobby to occupy my new found free time. This time around I took on two- going to the gym and couponing.

My mom collected coupons so I am no stranger to them, but I found that I'd go through stages- I'd collect and use them religiously, then slowly I'd stop, and the pattern continued for years.

Recently I've noticed my coworkers sharing circulars and coupons and I joined in.

My first attempt:
Shoprite had Frank's hot sauce on sale for $1.79. I had $0.75 off coupons, and the store doubles them. I got 3 bottles of hot sauce for $0.29 each! (and we go through them quite often).

Ok, this is totally worth it. let me see what else I can do. So I come to find out that there is almost a secret society type thing of couponers out there. And I am trying to break into it.

I found my local library has a coupons for trade program- drop off what you don't need, take what you do...

My local deli throws out Sunday's papers on Monday mornings- and they give me the coupons!

we trade them at work.

I'm liking this! Wish me luck!
