I would do a juice FEAST (just completed a 3-day one the other day) for a day - nothing but fruit and vegetable juices. It's "detoxifying" because juice is gentler on the stomach and digestive system. This results in easier elimination (TMI = I know
) and when done for a longer period a "lighter" feeling and among other things clearer skin, more energy, etc.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions I would consult your doctor.
