been lazy lately

Hi all! been feeling lazy lately about couponing & keeping track of my savings. My autistic son has been a handful and then some & I've been dealing with that.

Today I went to the supermarket for an almost full trip; spent $81.45 saved $81.58 and that includes 12 containers of the Big Cup noodles & 2 20count boxes of Bayer (all FREE).

My Daughter that still lives at home commented that I would be fired as a mom for not having "a fully stocked kitchen"...

Excited for tonight!

I'm going grocery shopping tonight. That is my kind of fun. My favorite time is $.99 Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks at Weis. When using the $.50/2 coupon from Coupons.com I get them for $.49 per box. Totally makes my week. Lol.
I'm thinking of hitting up Staples for one of those new Martha Stewart binders. I've been waiting for a binder that will fit in my purse. It may be a little costly but...I have coupons!

Be real

I used to teach the 12-19 year olds at our church. This is the age group most didn't want because they don't like fake people. Kids are very honest and most adults can't deal with that because it suggests that they have a issue. I have always been open and honest with my children and the children I taught, I did not want them to think for one minute that I have it all together or that I have never sinned. It is because of the junk from my past that I am able to relate to the youth and they can...
