Clearing out the Shelves

Posted 03-02-2009 at 06:21 AM by staceyph3sc

I enjoy a great deal as well as most everybody on AFC, but I do have an issue.

It really aggravates me, when I get to CVS on Monday after work to find the shelves have been wiped clean on EVERYHING I want to purchase. I understand we all want to get stuff for nothing, but lets save some stuff for others. I'm glad they now have limits, so we can all reap the rewards.

When I work a good deal, I will always leave items for someone else. I may go back the next day and

My First Two Weeks as a "Serious" Couponer

Posted 03-01-2009 at 10:25 PM by Fromaginator

My "rookie" highlights:

Confirmed savings: $52 and change. YTD Confirmed savings: same

- Cereal/breakfast items, tuna, and deodorant were the useful savings for me the past two weeks. Had in-store sales and manufacturer's coupons. The only items I will need to purchase for the next month are the typical perishables (milk, fruit, bread). Everything else is now in the pantry and I have my menu planned and posted on my fridge. Will try to stretch it out...

Hello everybody!

Posted 03-01-2009 at 07:13 PM by cddwil

Just wanted to tell everyone a little bit about myself...I am mom and I do work full time. I have been married for 5 years and we have one son.

I love using coupons to maximize my savings. I love to get deals where it is possible!

I joined AFC last year and find it very fun on here. I love how everybody tries to help each other out.

Leave a message, would love to hear from you!!
