I have been watching my diet carefully and exercising more for one week.
I lost 4.5 pounds! Yippee! I am feeling so much better.
I cut out snacking, and when I do snack, I am now making smarter choices & measuring my serving sizes. I ran 5 days this week instead of my normal 3 (would have been 7 days except it rained Wed. and Thurs. evenings), for a total of 22 miles.
Even though I am nearly at my goal already, I will probably stay on this diet...
