I have spent two days at home with my boys due to Unemployment and I am enjoying every minute! (Except for those minutes when I worry about money.)

Alrighty here comes the challenge. I only have $200 to spend on groceries this month. Normally I was able to spend $565 but since I have started working I wont get as much money on my food card(EBT) . We knew this would be coming and that's why I wanted to learn how to coupon. My hubby will be starting school so money will be really tight and we have a lot of credit cards to catch up on. So this month will be the true test of my new skills. I live in NW Arkansas and I am new to couponing. I printed a bunch of coupons the other day from supersaver and redplum and coupons.com and then went to our local walmart and tried to use them and they wouldn't take them! They said they can only take coupons with a certain barcode that is in the upper right corner area, has this happened to anyone else? what is up with this?

I just joined today. Can't wait until I get to know all the ins and outs of this site. Everything looks great! :-) Might take me a while to learn how to use everything though. Looks like there are so many great resources on here to help me save some $$$!!!
