Fine Frugal Dining Menu #2

This menu, we have a few roll overs from last week due to late night dad cooking and Halloween parties. We skipped a few nights of dinners but that's ok because I still have the ingredients on hand and they will easily roll over to my menu for this week!

I'll be sharing my menu and giving you an example of my shopping list along with my cost breakdown for the entire 2 weeks menu budget.

  2. Sausage & Potatoes
  3. Pot Pie
  4. Sausage Crock Pot
  5. Tacos *
  6. Beer Battered Fish and Chips
  7. Potato & Black Eyed Pea Soup
  8. Moroccan Chicken Stew
  9. Beefy Biscuit Cups *
  10. Stew Over Rice
  11. Christmas Soup
  12. Lentil Shepherds Pie *
  13. Crock Pot Chicken & Sweet Potatoes

Anything with an * means that it will be a vegetarian option.

Shopping List to Buy:
Collard Greens
Sweet Potatoes
Green Onions
Green Bell Pepper
Vegetarian Ground Beef x 2
Chicken Thighs
Garbonzo Beans
Frozen Black Eyed Peas
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
French Fries
Bay Leaves
Gravy Mix
Cream of Celery
Cream of Chicken
Canned Chunky Soup
Tomatoes with Chilies
Cheddar Cheese
Biscuit Dough

Shopping List from Stockpile/Pantry:
Onion x 2
Turkey Stock (will make it myself from whole turkey used in dinners 4 & 11)
Potatoes x 2
Chicken Stock (from bullion)
Diced Tomatoes
Carrots x 3
Quinoa (purchased in bulk for 4 lb bag at costco about 10 months ago at $7)
Beer Battered Fish Filets
Spaghetti Sauce
Dinners 1-4 are a roll over from last week, ingredients already on hand!
