More shedding!!

I got on the scale today and have lost 2 more!! (that;s a total of 12 in a little over 4 weeks). I can't tell you how great I feel inside!! I can feel the transformation beginning from the inside out on my body!! It feels good to have gone down one size and the difference in my inches is felt all over!! True, I have 50 lbs to lose, but knowing that the first 12 are out the door really feels great!!
