Walmart Crayola PM

I have 143 Walgreens Crayola Coupons $1.00 off 2... tried to use them at WalMart but managers insist it must state "Manufacturer's Coupon" on the top of the coupon to use a competitor's coupon. I tried explaining that Walmart Coupon policy states:
•Competitors' coupons
◦A specific item for a specified price, for example, $2.99
◦Buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified price
◦Have a valid expiration date
◦Are acceptable in black and white
No where in the policy discription does it say "must show Manufacturer's coupon" but they flatly refuse to take the coupons! Tried 4 different stores---any suggestions?
