- It depends I complained to glad about their trash bags and they are sending my free trash bags, for the most part all you do is compliment a very specific product of theirs, I pick something i actually use and make it as specific as possible and you'll get emails within a couple days back and they'll tell you if they are sending you a coupon or whatever they are doing!
