I have been couponing for about 9 months. I have learned so much from the members here and from a local blog site! Thanks to all you wonderful couponers, (and a handy hubby) I have a stockpile room overflowing with blessings.

I love the feeling of knowing I pay only a fraction of what most people spend.

I love the thrill of "the hunt."

I love the feeling of knowing we have "supplies" in case of a crisis or emergency.

And I love being able to pack up a box (or 3) when someone is in need.

Does anyone else think this coupon stuff is too good to be true??? I almost feel guilty carting all my goodies out of the store for so little cost.

My Walgreens Day

I had a really exciting day today. Did 2 transactions at my Walgreens, then drove to two more about 20 minutes away. Wanted to go to Old Navy, and I figured the workers at my Walgreens were probably tired of seeing me so much!

At the first Walgreens along the way, I had the greatest cashier ever! She let me do 7 transactions (5 for softsoap) I wouldn't normally do that many in a row. She offered, and so how could I refuse? She and I grabbed the last 5 softsoaps on the shelf, and had a great time chatting while she rang me up for those, plus two more larger transactions.

At the second Walgreens the cashier was also very nice. All coupons rang with no problems at all.

I must say that I almost NEVER have any problems at Walgreens and most of their employees will go out of their way to help or even just smile. That's saying a lot, because until I got the hang of Walgreens, I'm sure I was a real pain in the butt for them!

So here is the fruit of my labor! It was a great day, and I haven't even gotten to my great deal at CVS!
