Unfortunately, this is how Walmart is. I HATE going to Walmart because there is always a problem that they refuse to fix. One time I bought a pack that included coloring books with the special markers that only drew on the specific paper, and when we got home I realized one of the books were missing. So I took it back and they wouldnt return it without my DL!! I told them I didnt want cash, credit or a refund, I just wanted an exchange so my son could have all the books. She was the nastiest person EVER!!!
