My Adventures in Potstickers!

I decided since DH and I are on this Asian themed week of dinners,
I would try and make potstickers from scratch. So her is what I did:
Made the wrapper dough:
2 C Flour
1 C Boiling Water
Mixed the dough together then kneeded the dough for 5 min until smoth.
Split the dough into two and roll until it is 12 in long. Then cut each roll into 1/2 slices and roll out to 3" circles.
Mix the Filling:
I used ground chicken i got on a Managers Special for .69 a lb at Ralphs
1 lb Meat
Green Onion
Cabbage
Sesame Oil
Corn Starch
Salt
White Pepper
Put 1 Tb of mixture in the wrapper and pinch to closure.
To Cook:
Add 1 Tb oil to wok, cook for 2 min until brown, add 1/2 C Water and cover for 6-8 min, Then Enjoy.
They were really great, I was very pleased with myself. I really like to try new things and I also love to do a cost comparison of me buying them vs. making at home from scratch. I figured that the 40 Potstickers I made cost a whopping 1.50 at the most to make at home, sounds like a deal to me,
. I have pictures but for some reason it is not allowing me to search for my photos so I will add them later.

Mm-mm. That sounds fantastic. I love potstickers. Mind if I "steal" your recipe?
