I jumped in with both feet into Alli, and that wasn't so good. With some stomach issues....I've backed off. I've only been taking the one pill in the morning. Better, now I'm going to start taking two. I have lots of meds to take, and I think my tummy just needed a little adjustment time. It has had the appropriate effect I'd hoped it would, and made me think twice and then walk away from the doughnuts, etc.

Ok, so here's the thing, I'm Fat! I'm fat, and I'm in trouble. I have a fatty liver, my cholesterol is high, not to mention my triglycerides. Now is the time I have to do something. So, no more fattening food, time to eat healthy, blech! So, I'm at my parent's reading the paper one day, and I read an article (one of those Dear Dr. ones, I think it was Dr. Oz) about a woman with fatty liver and taking Alli and going to Weight Watchers. So, come Monday 1/19 I'm going to start taking Alli, and...
