I didn't watch the whole game, but the Buckeyes were WAY ahead in the little part of the game I did see. Yay!

There is just one week left in this semester at night school. Tonight, I got the distinct feeling my professor has already received my survey results and also knew I wrote it. Does that sound uncomfortable? I'm glad the semester is nearly over, and I'm excited about what I'm taking next semester (C# programming and Database Maintenance). I did learn something in the past...

I made myself a Go Diego Go birthday cake. I knew the boys would love it, and I just found the pan on Clearance at Michael's for $5. It was delicious.

I spent my birthday hanging out in JoAnn's but I couldn't justify the fancy dress mentioned in my last post... yet. The patterns go on sale for $1.99 off tomorrow. While I was in the store, they announced that starting the 17th, college students can bring in their ID and get 15% off everything, sale items included. Yay! ...

I am very interested in sewing an historical period costume for myself. I have no real need or occasion to wear an Elizabethan gown, but they are so beautiful and glamorous, I can't stop thinking about it.

I have a favorite that I found on Simplicity.com. I loved them all! It was hard to narrow my selection to this one. Since I'm very practical, I considered the required undergarments and whether I can move or sit in...

Finally! I did not find a traditional job, but I'm now subcontracting (Consulting for Accounting Systems) for two different firms. The first gives me about one hour per week, and the second says they can keep me busy for 20-30 hours per week. It's part-time, the hours are flexible, and I'm thrilled!

I'm very relieved to be finished searching monster.com and careerbuilder.com for hours every day.
