I'm hoping someone here knows the answer to this. Does a Smart Source rep go to her stores weekly to make sure all blinkie machines are working correctly? I was at a Food Lion just a couple of days after the new blinkies were put up. All work but one, the Ronzoni . Should this be fixed within the week, or will this stay broken till the machine comes down? Can I report it as broken, and if so, who do I report it to?Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!! |

how often do new blinkies go up? when the sales change? whats the schedule???

I do not think blinkie reps go into stores weekly. I'd suggest telling the store mgr -- they should have a way to contact either the company or the person. I think new blinkies go up every other month? but I am not sure.

they get changed every 28 days. 14 days into a cycle a rep will be in to make sure they are working and full. HTH

I don't think that reporting it to the store manager will do any good. They could contact the company, but I don't know many mgr's (around here anyway) that would waste their time trying to do this. It might make them try to jerk it off the shelf, least in my area .
