Yep, that is a turkey - you get these based on the number of posts, thanks given and received, trades, etc, etc that you do on AFC. The more you contribute the more turkeys, pumpkins, suns, stars, etc you get. You probably already noticed, but they change about once a month and are dependent on the season, etc. I think the MODs decide what the "symbol of the month" is.
