I'm going to bi lo for the first time tomorrow I have a couple questions. Do you have to hand your bi lo card and coupons to the cashier before they start ringing up your order to use it. Also can I use manufacture coupons and bi lo ecoupons on the same item.

I always hand them my bilo card first.mostly because they ask for it right away when you walk up to the register.But I suppose you can do it at the end.You can stack manf.coupons along with the ecoupons.
