Well, I was about to miss out on the sale and remembered some items I needed. Especially the Storage bags (needed them for a consignment sale) and the Juice (for a baby shower)!

Now I'll have to get my list together for the sale this week!

Question:

Has anyone else had the experience of Bi-Lo not accepting a Q if the sale item is less than the coupon value? Any help is appreciated.

I attempted to buy the Hot Shot, but wasn't allowed to use my Q for $1.50 off. The manager said it was more than the amount of the item ($1.24 & 1.25).

When I asked if they could adjust the value of the Q manually to (1.24/1.25), he said no. I said that was okay with me because I believe he is new and it was time to close. I would have loved to have the "ant" spray they had. LOL!

Has anyone had this experience and what should I do next time? Thanks in advance!

wtg and yes i too have had that happen to me not on the hot shot but hefty bags the last time they were b1g1 when the .55 qpons were floating around sorry that happened to you out hot shot was 1.74 a can heres what happened to me yesterday

let me tell ya what happened at bilo well i get my 3 cans of hot shot 2 hefty bags and 4 scotch brites and hand her my qpons she takes off 1 1.50 the next beeps scans next qpon it beeps then tells me my hefty blibkie i cant use 1.00 off blink i said they are b1g1 and 2 into 2.89 is 1.44 so it should work well she gets on the voice thingy calls some one girl comes over sorta snobbish and both are swippin qpons well she says its 1.93 i knew something wasnt right cuz i done figured it up to 2.68 plus tax but i pd the 1.93 and come to find out they took off too many 1.50 qpons so yeah me and then on the way to the car i found 2.00 in the parking lot so yeah free trip to bilo

I've had the register beep before when the kraft salad dressing was bogo and there was the $1.50/1 coupon. They manually adjusted the coupon so I could use it though.

I always scan my card last after coupons so that register recognizes the full price before I get the discount of BIGI. No beeps this way. HTH
