Has anyone used the BOGO on the Lady Speedstick? Maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet but I'm not getting it - isn't the coupon the same as the sale? I just don't want the cashier scrutinizing it when I give her the Q's (I have two cashiers that I know would triple check that! ) Thanks in advance!

Hi... You are right, the sale and coupon are both BOGO. I wasn't sure on this one either because coupons can't be redeemed against free items, but I didn't get a chance to shop Big Y this weekend. So, I spoke with a Big Y manager this morning and was told that in order to use the BOGO coupon with the BOGO sale you'd have to buy 4. You'd end up with 3 for free and pay for 1. I am going to adjust the list.

I didn't know Big Y had the policy of not using coupons for free items. At other stores (Stop & Shop, for example), if there is a BOGO sale and you have a BOGO coupon, you get both items for free. I did the deal at Big Y on Sunday. I got four Lady Speedsticks and used 2 BOGO coupons. They cashier didn't say anything (and I didn't know they had a free/coupon policy)..he put in $3.15 for the price on each coupon. So I got all four for free.

LOL! Before I knew about the policy I used to get things a lot cheaper at Big Y! I miss those days sometimes . Most of the cashier don't seem to know the policy very well because I was never questioned when I used coupons that were against free items (again... I didn't know back then).
