This was the response I received to the email I sent Big Y asking about it:


Please accept our apologies for the confusion.
This promotion was not set to be advertised until November 5th, as the coupon is not valid until then.

The list of items and details of the promotion are scheduled to go online on Wednesday evening.
The list is also on a full page of our flyer that is valid November 5th, which will go online on November 5th.
