that looks like a good one. instead of making you print out the coupon to take to the hospital, they should just mail it to you with some sort of proof that you've had a baby.....

I signed up for this and my hospital did not have these, so I called goodstart and they would not give me one!

I called Nestle last week to ask them to send me samples and coupons because I am thinking of switching formulas (I use Similac). The lady was very nice and explained how to switch formulas and said she would send me a pack of stuff and asked if there was anyone else she could send stuff to so I had her send a pack to my sister, too. I haven't gotten it yet, but I only called maybe a week ago. Maybe you could try calling them again and say that you want to switch to them, too.

Thanks! I checked to see if this was available in my area, and it is - so, I printed it out for my DIL to take with her along with the free diaper bag certificate.

So here's what they ended up sending me (the following is times two due to the fact that I have twins I think):
12 oz can of Natural Cultures powder
green fleece baby blanket
brag book photo album
booklet with 3 $2 off 2 cans coupons

They also sent a coupon for a 12 oz can for free and 2 $3 off 2 cans coupons (they did not send two of each of those).
