Candy sale
Don't know if this is a really great deal but I saw that TRU has most of their Halloween candy on sale for $1.74. If you use the $1/2 Snickers, Milky Way, Skittles, etc, they turn out to be $1.24 per bag.
I bought a ton of them and have plenty for trick or treaters!!!!

davisc01 has posted more than 50 good deals
On coupons.com for my zip code (38002) there are $2/1 coupons for Nestle bags (24oz or larger) and Wonka brand bags of Candy (24oz or larger). I do not see much details from the ad and have not been up there yet so I am not sure if these would be included in the $1.74 ones. If so then these would be a GREAT deal!
