Try signing them up again, do it in the store and online. I sign my nephew and neice up too so that I can get a coupon and gift card to buy their gift. I have had my kids signed up to recieve a call from Geofery on their Birthday and this year was the first year that we have ever received a call and it came for my neices birthday not my kids but it was cute.

My son got this just recently for his 1st Birthday. They are no longer doing the $3 in the birthday card, just another 5 off 25.

The in store celebration is a balloon and party crown. It made him happy :-)

My kids only got a $3 gift card each...no balloon, no call, no party planner.

My DD got her gift card for $3 and I let it expire! I didn't realize it had an expiration date I wonder if a manager would override it, I'd hate to take her in there and be upset about it. Not to mention that it was sent to our old addresss....part of the problem!
