| It Sold-Now what?
Ok, our item sold, now what? It says to send an invoice to the buyer but what instructions should I include? We are paying the shipping. Can I require the funds be in paypal prior to shipping? The item is going to Canada. Thanks for any help.

Hi, Why are you paying shipping? Usually the buyer pays? Did you have that listed(you're paying shipping)? Shipping from the US to Canada costs A LOT more then shipping to the 48 continues states. What was the auction # Steph Just trying to help, I've sold a lot over the years. |

You won't have customs fees, the buyer may, but you won't. I normally put, payment required within 3 days.... and YES you want to get paid before you ship. They will have your PayPal address already so no need to put that, eBay will guide them. Let me know if you have anymore ?s

Oh, and if you're a "nice" seller, you can mark the package as gift and they won't have any custom fees (or they will be very low) either Most buyers that we have dealt with request it, but it is completely your choice.

You should be able to get on USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) and check out the charges for shipping to Canada. It is more, but not too bad.
