Sorry! I was just checked this thread. I would just state that you tried to resolve it through email with her and post her response. Make sure after she posts a response that you escaulate it to a claim. Paypal will investigate and possibly return your money.

Sorry this may be tacky but I think Iw ould let her know that due to her nasty response many, MANY people at your on line couponing site wanted to know her screen name so that we are sure NEVER to do business with her. I Would also let her know that you tried to resolve it with her first, but that she has chosen to respond in a very unprofessional way, and that all she had to do was to let you know that she was sorry and this would nto have happened. DUe to her behavior not only will you never byuy from her again- word is out in the coupon world- ha ha ha ! I am sure seh could care less- but you do need to leave negative feedback- I always read prior to making purchases- so it does affect her sales!Just FYI!

Thanks for all the responses. I filed a claim on 10/30 so I guess we'll see what happens. I wouldn't have even thought about filing any claims but after that nasty email I don't feel so bad doing it.


I love this site. I don't post often but wanted to let you all know that this is the best.

I know you will have no problem proving your case & getting your money back. I'm pretty sure your not really worried about the money. It really bothers me that there is someone out there clearing out all the blinky machines & actually selling them on ebay. I don't see how they can legally get away with that, especially on ebay.
Thanks so much for your post. At least that will make me & other afc members check a person's feedback before we purchase anything from them. And i think we have all learned not to buy from that person. Good luck to you!

Just got an email. She refunded me the full amount after my dispute with paypal and emailed me. She changed her whole tone it seems. Heres what she wrote.

(Hi Risa, I have sent you a 100% refund. I am very sorry you have not been able to use your coupons. I would be happy to send you another set coupon (any that I have listed) for free.

I've dealt with a few of those rude ebayer's myself & they always seem to change their attitude after they have made you file a claim. If only they would realize that being nice & trying to work the problem out in the first place it would truly be the better solution for everyone involved. I wouldn't want to deal with her again either. Glad everything worked out in the end.
