WOW! Some sellers don't realize how small the world (and their customer pool) really is.
I get a lot of coupons on ebay. If you don't mind sharing, could you PM me the seller's ID so that I can make sure not to buy from her? I don't want to give my money to somebody who has such blatant disregard for her customer's concerns.
I hope you haven't left feedback yet, that definitely deserves a 1 or 2 in communication.

I sell a lot on ebay (mostly clothes), this was not acceptable. All coupon lots should definately state the type of coupon.

Ive now read most of her feedbacks. Most are great, but theres several that says seller is rude etc. Ive never had a bad experience with any of my ebay purchases til now. Hopefully thats the last. Ill be more cautious when I order from now on.

That IS ridiculous! Everyone who coupons knows what the policies are, but we also know that some coupons are more trouble than others, even if they're legitimate and within the store's policy to accept. You and others may not buy blinkies if you know they'll be a hassle. She should have disclosed that or at least taken your problem into consideration when doing future listings. She shouldn't have been so rude!!

I would file a complaint through paypal stating that you did not get what you ordered. Leave it up to paypal and they may refund you 100%.

You have already tried to work it out with her. I would open the claim although they will probably make you ship the coupons back to her, and you will need a tracking number to prove you mailed them back. It may not be worth it, then again, she may just give you the refund.

I already left neutral feedback before she responded back with that nasty email. And the reason I left it at neutral is cuz she never responded to my email. I waited 5 days and she emails me once she noticed my feedback. I wish I could go back and leave negative feedback but its too late.

since she was able to respond to your statement, I believe you can also refute that. if space is limited, choose what you have to say. But I suggest you put WARNING to others about 90% blinkies.

my walmart will not accept coupons that say "store coupon" on them either. So if the blinkies say "store coupon" instead of "manufacturer's coupon" then their auctions are misleading and should have gotten a well deserved neg for being rude and not trying to resolve the issue.

Her auction says you are paying for her time to CLIP the coupons.

Yes Please let us know this VERY RUDE ebayer's user name. I certainly do NOT want to buy from her. Sounds like she has had problems with a lot of her buyers "victims" to be that defensive & nasty with her response. Can NOT believe someone is actually making money by walking through stores & pulling blinkies! Just when you think you'd heard it all! If I'm not mistaking, you do have 30 days to file a claim against her & get your money back. And you can & should do a "follow up" on the feedback that you left her. That way you can warn others that are looking to buy from her. It won't be a negative like she deserves, but at least other potential buyer's will Know the TRUTH! Thanks for letting us know there are people out there like this.

If you can't use them file a claim with Paypal ( if that is how you paid). I don't buy without pictures no matter what the feedback is.

With that being said, my last purchase I looked at the picture and theactual coupon ended up being different as the wording and picture did not match and I was in a rush. It all ended up fine and I could use them, but I was surprised. Seller apologized and it was all fine.
