Hi,
I just went to "buy" coupons form one of my favorite sellers and they are unable to sell in "dutch" auctions(offering the same thing, just more then 1 set). They had an automated person on their storefront stating that eBay is limiting them to 1 set per auction!

Sorry for sounding Dense, But I dont understand what you are saying. Does this mean that Ebay will not allow sellers to sell 10 of the same coupon in one lot? Or offer 10 "Lots" of 10 coupons?

For the past 5 years eBay rules have stated: No more than 20 identical coupons per listing, etc, etc. (use eBay help - search "coupon listing policy" for complete rules).
This rule means sellers cannot use the "quantity available" option when listing. If you have 100 identical coupons you must create 5 different listings offering 20 coupons each.
Way too many coupon listers have been violating the rules for quite awhile so it was just a matter of time before eBay once again enforced them.
