I'm new to the whole coupon thing. I always bought store brand to save money. So I'm trying to figure out the meaning of some of the wording on the coupons. for example- SAVE .50 on any 2 products. Does that mean i save .50 on 1 item and .50 on item #2. OR does it mean i have to buy 2 items to use the .50 coupon- thus .25 a piece. maybe i am over thinking it a little bit.

You would have to buy the 2 items, making it .25 off each.

And keep asking, that's the only way you learn.

I understand! The wording is a bit confusing sometimes. Most coupons will give you a set number, like $ off one, two , three, etc. There are some that will state you get $ off one product when you buy another...like buy the shampoo get $1 of the conditioner. When you have a coupon that reads "$1 of two" thats the total value of your coupon...you buy two you get $1 off.
Hope that clears things up a bit for you.

OMG!!!! Look what I found!!!!!!!! I am a woman on a rampage! This is a list of link to just about every manufacturer coupon redemption policy. Of the 30+ that I have looked at so far all but 2 have very clear wording about one coupon per purchase of ITEM indicated!! Now that I have the proof that transaction and purchase are two different things directly from the manufacturers legal department I am trying to decide how to handle this situation. Any ideas???
