Ok so i'm not quite understanding the wording on these coupons so i need help. These are for a candy display. It says....

By maililng this form to M&M/Mars, the customer agrees to merchandise M&M/Mars single serve products only. This rack is the property of M&M/Mars and is not to be shared with any other manufacturer's product.

M&M/Mars single serve racks remain the property of mars, incorporated and are subject to removal from units not in compliance with performance requirements set forth in this agreement.

Any clue if this is any good?

Ummmm, sounds to me like the display rack they have in stores, I'm not sure why they would have a coupon out for one, or why anyone would want it, or even if it would be legal for someone NOT a store to have. Where'd you get the coupon?

They were on a tearpad at Gordon Foods today. It does ask type of operation B&I, College/University, School K-12, Recreational Facility, Commercial Establishment, other. Not sure what this is all about but my dh is a huge snickers freak!

I believe that the rack is for a place that will sell the candy bars. I personally don't need anything else in my house to clutter it up.
