I have been going through AFC and looking for coupons..and reading threads and not really understanding some of the lingo...

As for coupons..what is a peelie, blinkie, and those terms.

When I print out Manufacturers Coupons some say DO NOT DOUBLE...does that mean the stores wont double it?

What stores Double MFC Q's? Like Target, Walmart, CVS, etc? I know which of my local grocery stores do.

Advice needed on this issue I had today at Target...

I had a handful of coupons...after I got rung up and got my reciept I realized that the cashier didnt scan some of my coupons. Not sure if they got stuck together (if so what do you do to keep the paper coupons from sticking together). When I went to the guest services desk and explained what happened..the manager was so rude, she acted bothered that I was complaining about coupons, she didnt even check to see anything I was saying, she just gave me the money in cash that I should have gotten with the coupons. Now I normally never have a problem with Target, but I also never have gone there with more coupons than items I was purchasing LOL. I am wondering if I should contact Target Corp and let them know how upset I am over all of this? Part of me is wondering if that could result in maybe some coupons and GCs LOL HEE HEE

Peelie..is little Q's stuck on packages that you peel off to use
Blinkies...are little machines placed above products and when you walk by they blink and spit out a Q

On the DO NOT DOUBLE thing..its YMMV (your mileage may vary) some stores will double...most will not
WM, Target CVS and WAGS do not double Q's...usually just your local grocery stores
Kmart has doubles in certain areas once in awhile but never where I live

Sorry about your experience at Target...you need to get a thick skin to use Q's...stores/cashiers can sometimes be nasty..just be firm and polite and remember why your there..to save loads of $$
Some people hand their cashier their Q's one at a time to make sure they all ring up and none get misplaced
