O.K. I have been saving my intact inserts in a hanging file folder on wheels. I love how easy it is for me to find but...the more I get into IP's peelies and the like the harder it is for me to stay organized. I am forever missing IP's and such. Those of you who file your inserts intact, how do you keep track of all the extras? Kaz |

Though I would post what I am trying, hoping it may help others...I had a small accordian file from something else. The size you would use for canceled checks. I am puttiing them in by experation date. Anything that is a year or more out i put in the month before the current month. it has one more slot that i am using for no ex dates and two little pockets just big enough for gc's. I am in the process of putting all my IP's and such into the coupon box on here, so I can do a quick search and see if I have it and when it expires to know where to find it. that way as I plan my shopping trip I pull and clip my insert q's then my ip's and such and put them in a pencil pouch by store. Each store also has a folder to hold the weekly ad and anything else i may need. (coupon policies are nice in there.) All held in a zippered binder. If I am hitting a few stores, I can take the whole binder or if i am only going to one store I can take just the pencil pouch. I'll let y'all know how this works for me.

I used to use a binder but now I'm mostly just sorting my inserts so "like" pages are together, and then any extra coupons, or ones I have clipped are in a coupon box by category. I go through it once or twice a month to remove expireds.

I have my 'extra' cut Qs in a box, sorted alphabetically by brand ...all types - inserts, IPs, tearpads, etc I use these for trades/trains and can find the Qs pretty quick ...when I run into expired, just toss them
