Hi to those living in the Disneyland area.
I will be visiting soon, though we are on a tight budget. We are visiting because my kids deserve it. But we will have to try to save every penny we can. That means food costs. I don't mind grocery shopping and packing lunch and perhaps dinner. For those in the area, could you please help me?
What are the affordable grocery stores in that area? Who does double and triple coupon days, and which days are they? Does anyone have a blog, that I can keep up to date with to find out what's on sale with coupons that week. I'm fairly new to this, so I appreciate all the help I can get!!! Thank you.

Anaheim should have Ralph's, Albertson, Von's & Food 4 Less stores.
Slick deals has a SoCal area grocery thread that may be of assistance.
Sorry but DizzyLand is an hour away so I really don't know the shopping deals for there.

I'm 20 minutes away from Disneyland and PP is correct, we have Ralphs, Vons/Pavilions, Food4Less, Albertsons, and Stater Bros. Ralphs & Vons/Pavilions double Qs less than $1 up to $1 (i.e. $.30 doubles to $.60, $.55 doubles to $1) Albertsons and Stater Bros. take Qs at face value. Not sure about Food4Less as I don't shop there.

Not sure if the Kmarts in the area triple Qs as I don't live close enough to one to find out, but I know that there is at least one in the D-land area.

I don't have a blog, but check out the shopping lists/forums here on AFC for the above stores and they should be able to give you some help.
