I need ink, anyone know what the cheapest way to get ink is. It's for a Lexmark Inkjet and Dell Inkjet

Oh my gosh, ink is sooooo expensive! I try to print as little as possible just to conserve it. I have a Lexmark, also and the two best sources that I've found for ink are: 1) eBay 2) $3 off with the Staples coupons (the ones you get for turning in old ink cartridges).

I just bought my HP ink at sams club. Saved around $10 since there were 3 in the package. If you don't want to refill them staples gives you $3 each for empties (not right away, they send you a store coupon). Walgreens will do refills on them for $12.99. I think some other stores do it too. I intend to refill but I know people that won't touch refilled or generic cartridges. I wouldn't on a photo printer.

get them refilled at Walgreens or CVS photo center. Last time it was 10 and 12 for black and color....soemthing like that!

how is the quality of the printing? is the refillable ink printing comparable to the "brand" ink

I don't know much about Lexmark and Dell, but I have an HP and I compared prices between Sam's Club and Walmart and Sam's is cheaper like pp said but I think you save more than $10, probably depends on the ink you buy. I would shop around at Walmart, Target, Sam's club, Costco or any other store like that to see where you can get the best price. I also turn in my empty ink cartridges at Staples but I usually use the money for something else (like this week's 1 cent paper after rebate!)

The printing is ok refilled. Like I said before, I wouldn't do it for a photo printer. I also won't get them refilled more than 2 or 3 times.
