Hello all-

My family and I are getting a cat this weekend and I wanted to know if there are any hidden gems out there in terms of getting pet food and supplies on the cheap. Here are a few questions I have:

1. Do you shop exclusively at one place?
2. Who has the best deals typically-pet stores like PetCo, or Target and Walmart?
4. Does Petco, Petsmart and other pet stores accept coupons?

I don't shop exclusively at one place.

Mainly, Target because they had a $1 Target IP for Tidy Cats, a few different times. With newspaper Q & weekly sale, it was the best deal in my area.

Last year, Purina put out a new catfood and coupons that made the smallest bag Free. Target was one of the few stores in my area that had that size.

PetSmart in my area is the most expensive. They have a $15/50, $10/40, $5/25 printable coupon every once in awhile.

Have also gone to PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus and Kmart when they did doubles in my area. Also, a local grocery store that has fuel perks.

The Petco in my area closed down, they were higher priced than most other places. Your area, they may be lower.

Gave Purina feedback on my kitties and their new products. The company sent a few coupons.
