I got a letter from them about the recent TMF rebate on Fridge Fresh, saying I didn't include the UPC. Of course I did, and I have the photocopy to prove it. They also spelled my name wrong. There was no contact number on the letter, and the 'contact us' portion of their website has no phone number, either. I wrote them an online inquiry, but who knows whether or not I'll hear back that way. If anyone has their number, I'd appreciate it.
