I have seen it before.I think from what I understand is that they give you the gift certificate code and you enter it but you also have to pay like half the cost for everything.For example
picture frame $29.00 with GC code you only pay $10.00 with out code you pay full price
You always have to pay something plus you have to pay shipping.
