I am looking to give my cousin a set for Christmas. Any ideas on where to find a decent set (not the dirt cheap, flimsy kind). I'd like to go with a fairly decent set, although not top of the line. I have found a set at Costco for $90 by Bialetti (sp?) and also a set of T-Fal at Target around $90 as well (Walmart might have something cheaper).

Has anyone seen a great deal anywhere else? Online? Thanks for the help!

Have you tried Linens and things? They are closing and have a no return policy, but they had some nice stuff 50-70% off. I have not checked the website yet.

kmart has the martha stewart stuff clearanced and there is a coupon for $40?or$50 off on their website, I think they are good untill sat. don't forget to get a $5 or $10 email q too. It is on here somewhere. hth

I did try Linens and Things locally and online...they are sold out of everything but the really expensive Calphalon brand.

As far as the Kmart goes, where is the $40 or $50 coupon found? I looked briefly and could not find it...

Maybe you shouldn't buy a set. What are the most common pans/pots you use and buy those. I generally on use three, large deep skillet with lid, large pot with lid for boiling pasta and such, and small fry pan for eggs, etc. I have a smaller pot, a square fry pan that I also use but only once a month. The top three I always seem to be cleaning. If I need more I can substitute a square corningware on the stovetop, gravy, small boils, etc.
