Can anyone tell me where I can get a laptop for under $400? I don't want a mini, I would like a full size one with wireless built in. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I got an Acer Aspire 5515 Laptop at Wal-Mart for $348+tax. It does have a wireless card in it, but I did have to by a wireless router for an additional $50 so that I could have internet.

I found a Compaq with Wireless at Sam's Club for $345, plus a renewal on my membership, which I had NOT planned on doing. It was an open box (display I am thinking) item, perfect condition and no problems.
Sometimes you just have to be patient and keep the eyes open. I have done that with all my electronics and thanks to rebates have had the cash for it.

Another thought is Circuit City. If you have one near you might want to check it out before they close the store completely. When I was in there a few weeks ago all computers and laptops were all 20-40% off.

Not sure if you already purchased a laptop or not, but I just bought one myself last week at Office Depot for $399. That is their regular price. It is dual core regular size 2GB Emachine with a built in wireless and CD/DVD rom/burner. I didn't (and still don't) know much about computers but I think this is a good deal. I'm very happy with it.

FYI, I found a wireless printer at Target for $90 (Lexmark). That was the cheapest I had seen around and it works great! HTH
