If it is an IP, I'd try target. They were on clearance at mine for $2.54 I think. Kmart's policy states that they do not accept IP's so depending on if the cashier knows the policy or not, you may wind up with a problem. I just wouldn't try it knowing that they shouldn't take them..... just me though!
