My 18 month old wears shoe inserts and I have to buy certain shoes from Stride Rite for him. They are $42, yikes! Does anyone know of any coupons out there for Stride Rite?

I don't know about coupons, but have you tried looking on amazon.com? I have found Stride Rites on there for under $20. Just a thought.

I saw some on Piperlime. They have free shipping and if you sign up for their e-mails they will send 20% codes from time to time.

How about ebay? I got brand new ones for just around 20 bucks with shipping. I took my son into the store got him sized and went on ebay.

If you go to a non-stride rite store that sells them, they often have them marked down a bit. You know, the models from last year (like who would really notice?).

The other suggestions are good ones as well. You could get sized at a Stride Rite, say you want to look around and then order online.

My kids all have weird feet and I have had to get them stride-rites. They cost more, but they only have 2 feet and they have them for all their life!

I just went two weeks ago and its buy one get one half price.....I got one pair on sale $24 and one for $50... So I ended up get the $24 dollar ones on sale for half of that I was pretty excited.. They ask you your address when you buy them for coupons in the mail but still haven't seen them.

Have you checked to see if there is a Stride Rite Outlet in your area? They tend to sell the shoes between $15-$30 a pair depending on style....much cheaper, same styles, same trusted Stride Rite brand. So worth it!

I was just going to say look for a Stride Rite outlet store, thats where my daughter gets her kids shoes at, and she really saves...

I have never seen a SR outlet. That would be fun! My mom insists on getting my DD Stride Rites (she pays - I don't even fork out that much $$ for my own shoes) so it would be nice to have her save some $$.

You might want to try ebay. Otherwise, I know they run buy one, get one 50% off sometimes. DD just got 2 pairs with that sale a few weeks ago.

eBay, Baby! I had the exact delima a few years ago. Fortunately, my boy outgrew his need for the inserts. But I still buy Stride Rites when I find a good deal. Good shoes are so important. I would offer to sell you his outgrown shoes, but he is so very rough on shoes that they aren't worth passing on. Oh, and Endless.com occassionally has a good sale on SRs and has free shipping.

My daughter needed braces for years and after 4 years of ordering them I found that the Doctor could write a prescription for shoes too and the brace company would order them, the insurance co/medicaid would cover them. Wish I had discovered that in the beginning. It's worth a shot.

I would definately check to see if you have an outlet near you too. I buy them at the stride rite outlet in Williamsburg, VA. & outlet malls sometimes have their own coupon book that you can get at the CS desk for the mall.

Ebay is definately a good suggestion too!

My son has very wide feet and has to wear Stride Rite. His first pair was $42 and I about hit the floor! After that I found an outlet store and I get his shoes from there. They are normally around $15-$20 less. If you catch it at the end of the season you can get much better deals. I got some great sandals for $14.00! Good Luck!

If you sign up for their mailing list they send coupons from time to time. The coupons are not good at the outlet though (which is where I go)
