| Chipotle Chicken Salad Dip Need: 1 lg can of white meat chicken 2 lg Chipotle Peppers (can says Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce, put extras in Tupperware for up to 6 months) 2 blocks regular cream cheese, not reduced or low fat 1 bag of Birds Eye Southwest Medley Steamer Bag thawed(shortcut for 1 c chopped peeper, 1 c chopped onione, 2 c thawed corn) 1 bag of tostitos scoops 1. Finely chop chicken & chipotle 2. blend cream cheese & chipotle until a paste is amde 3. add chicken & blend 4. add Southwest Medley 5. serve chilled w/ scoops variations on recipe: serve already in scoops, make pinwheels instead of using scoops   |
