no idea about the instant rebate but the Canon rebates appear every year in the fall and a smaller set in the spring depending on if they are introducing a new product / line.

the 200 instant rebate shows once you go to checkout go thru the checkout process up untill you hit submiot order (which is when they charge your card) right before that it will show the instant rebate applied.

You have to make sure that all three products are bought from Amazon and not just through Amazon. The easiest way to tell is that it will say the product is eligible for free super saver shipping. Everything is backordered at this point but it is all still available for purchase. You need to just cancel your order and then do it again.

When I ordered this afternoon the estimated ship dates for the camera & lenses was November 12 and December 23rd for the printer. HTH!
