Where were the llids? I hunted all over the site for the lids and it's why I haven't ordered yet. I like them for when we bake brownies or a coffee cake and keep it covered cutting pieces when we want to.

It's 2:30 p.m. pacific time and now when you try to go to the site it says "an error has occurred on this page, please contact support." I tried to go into the site outside of the link here, and got the same message. Wonder what's happening - have they been inundated?

I found this:
"Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. Items might arrive in different boxes on different days".
Once the order is shipped seems like they send an e-mail to the customer.

You can find lids for the pyrex containters if you search under pyrex. They are on the last page. I think for the 9 x 13 it was $3.99 and for the 8 x 8 it was $2.99, but I looked last night so that might not be exactly correct.

I ordered 2 8x8, 2 9x13 and 8 ramekins last Thursday and got a confirmation # in my email. Today, I logged in to check the status of my order and it said that I don't have any recent order!?!?!?!?
I sent an email to Customer Service.
Anyone else had this problem???

Ok, so I called Customer Service. A very nice lady answered, I gave her the order # and she told me that they have my order, is packaged ready to leave, and I'll get it by the end of this week!!! They don't know why I can't view my order in the account, but I am so happy that it is not lost!!!

I received mine today-Very fast turnaround. One of my 4 9X13 baking dishes was in about 1,000 pieces so I called. They're sending a new one. I'm happy with the other products that weren't broken.
